We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So, if you aren’t happy we will offer a full refund within 15 days of your last order. You will be refunded to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.
If your order included more than one bag of each recipe and/or treat we can only refund one bag and no more. We ask that you dispose of or donate the product as we cannot accept returns due to quality control.
Where do you ship and do you offer international shipping?
We ship to all of the 48 Contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. Also, we do not offer international shipping and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
We will try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, it will typically take 3-7 business days to receive your order.
How do I check on my order status?
You will be provided with a tracking number with each order. You can also access this and shipping information at anytime by logging into your Old Guard account.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is always FREE. No matter the size of your order we do not charge additional fees to ship our products.
Who will deliver my package?
We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do I need to sign for my package?
No you will not. If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.
